An idea is a concept which resolves an issue or is itself unique on its own- that it creates a new invention to help ease our lives. An idea can occur only to active teams as they are busy and are always trying different ways to solve a problem or ease the amount of time spent. With our team's experience we have given many ideas which we have implemented for our clients. On the left are some ideas which have not been implemented while below are some which we have implemented for our clients and continue to fine tune them

White paper on issue resolution. Implemented and trained programmers in Issue Centric Evaluate - Analyze Innovate and Resolve (ICE AIR) method. This method utilizes top down and bottom up approach to resolve production issues. |
Legacy systems still abound and sometimes data warehouses cannot wait until the data is updated. Primarily sensitive data needs to be updated as first priority. By utilizing GUI screens for users who can upload text files, triggers to upload data into database and then updating the data in warehouse and data marts looks synchronous. |
Implemented Unit tests in legacy code so that production issues can be quickly. The unit tests help in isolating in which layer of an ERP system the issue occured. |
