In keeping up with tight deadlines, scanty requirements and little time for design; we have utilized for our clients and internally the Iterative/Agile methodology shown in the left diagram, to deliver software applications. In today's applications it is normal for clients to let the users have an easy to use GUI interface. However, it is essential to get the basic functionalities of the applciation working before the look and feel is finalized. So the first step is to prioritize requirements. Having got the requirements finalized and agreed upon we can proceed to develop for the first iteration. Finally, after the due process of analyze, develop and test; we release the first iteration with new functionality to General Audeince (GA).
We are experienced in working with on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver our clients' needs. Our principal consultants have also led off-shore teams back in the mid 1990s with only pagers and phones successfully to completion. On more than one ocassion our clients have requested the same team for an extension of business with us.
With our length of experience we have been requested by some clients to evaluate their architecture and suggest how they can improve their efficiency in delivering applications. We offer consulting and development services in application architecture, frameworks, databases, websites.
We continue to work on-shore for our clients. This enables us to teach them as to how things are being done by us and also to set them up to resolve issues rather than depend on us. |
